Michele J. Hooper is President and CEO of The Directors’ Council which consults with major companies to improve the effectiveness of their corporate governance.  With  over 30 years of corporate board experience, Michele is an audit committee financial expert with over 20 years experience chairing audit committees of several global companies, a highly-regarded governance expert and business leader. In 2017, Michele was selected as NACD’s Director of the Year. She currently serves on the corporate boards of directors of UnitedHealth Group (Chair, Nominating and Governance), and United Continental Holdings (Chair, Audit Committee). Michele previously served on the boards of directors of PPG Industries, Target Corporation, Seagrams, Warner Music Group and AstraZeneca. Michele serves on the Smithsonian National Board. Michele retired from the boards of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and the Center for Audit Quality (CAQ) where she was Chair of the CAQ Working Group focused on Deterring and Detecting Financial Reporting Fraud. Previously, Ms. Hooper served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Voyager Expanded Learning and of Stadtlander Drug Company, Inc.  Prior to joining Stadtlander, Ms. Hooper was Corporate Vice President, Caremark International Inc, and President of the International Business Group, responsible for the expansion of Caremark into Europe, Canada and Japan.  Ms. Hooper began her career at Baxter International and as President of Baxter Canada, Ms. Hooper led Canada’s largest health care and laboratory supplies company.

Roy Dunbar is founder and CEO of private renewable energy and property development companies. He served in roles as CEO and Chairman of Network Solutions between 2008 and 2010. Network Solutions, subsequently acquired by Web.com, was the original Domain Name registrar and provides a suite of web services for Small and Medium enterprises. Dunbar was formerly president Global Technology and Operations at MasterCard from 2004, and also served as a member of MasterCard’s Executive Committee. Dunbar is a strong leader with depth across a number of line and functional disciplines. His leadership is characterized by cultural adaptability, learning agility, strong presence, and excellent communication skills. His career has spanned healthcare, information technology, payments, insurance, the Internet, renewable energy, and small business sector. His experience includes both the US and international markets.

She holds an MBA from Kellogg, a MsEcon and a JD, all summa cum laude. She received the Chicago United Business Leader of Color, Nueva Estrella Latina and Women in History Awards. As Korn Ferry Consulting CEO (NYSE: KFY), she created $500+ MM global business through M&A, technology and digitalization. Ana serves as a Director at the CME Group (CME-NASDAQ), the largest fin-tech company in the world; Eletrobras (NYSE: EBR), world’s 4th largest energy renewables and 7th largest energy company; Harvest Inc. (NCSX: HARV), a leader in the cannabis industry; First Internet Bank (NASDAQ: INBK), Elkay Industries and M. Holland, a global plastics company. She is a senior advisor for Mazakali and AiRo. Ana chairs the Latino Corporate Directors Educational Foundation and the Board Initiative at Women Business Collaborative. Before Yahoo!, she spent three years at IBM Global Services as a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain and CRM.
