Herman E. Bulls is Vice Chairman, Americas of JLL the 2nd largest global commercial real estate firm in the world. During 30 years at JLL, Mr. Bulls has worked in the areas of development, investment management, asset management, facilities operations and business development/retention. Working across the firm’s platform he provides thought leadership, strategic guidance and perspective to senior executive clients for improving organizational performance through real estate. Prior to joining JLL, Bulls completed 12 years of active duty service with the United States Army. He is a retired Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves. Mr. Bulls received a BS degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in finance from Harvard Business School. Mr. Bulls’ awards include the National Association of Corporate Directors Top 100 Directors, Top Blacks in Corporate America and Most Influential Black Directors in Corporate America, Savoy Magazine 2016, 2017 and 2020.

Julie Hill


Julie Hill serves on the boards of Anthem (insurance), The Lord Abbett Family of Funds (a $150 billion New York-based mutual fund management firm), and previously on Lend Lease based in Sydney, Australia. She chaired the Board of Trustees of the University of California Irvine Foundation. Previously, her career included U.S. CEO of Costain Homes based in England, and Mobil Land Development Corp. a division of Mobil Oil in Atlanta.She chaired the board of Human Options, a shelter for abused women and children and Orange County Community Foundation. She is a member of the International Women’s Forum and a prior member of the Women’s Leadership Board of the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. She graduated in English from UCLA and has a Master’s in marketing from the University of Georgia. She resides in Newport Coast, CA, and London.
