Kate Duchene

Chief Executive Officer — RGP

Kate joined RGP in 1999 as the company’s first corporate counsel. Since then, she has operated in numerous executive roles, including legal, corporate secretary, human resources, marketing and RGP legal. Now, as Chief Executive Officer and President, a role she assumed in late 2016, Kate is focused on leading RGP through successful operational and digital transformation to serve clients and consultants with greater agility and improved experience. Prior to joining RGP, Kate practiced law with O’Melveny & Myers LLP, in Los Angeles, California, focusing on litigation and specializing in people issues. Kate received her J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University. In addition to serving on RGP Board, she spent over 18 years serving on the board of Human Options, an organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of domestic violence. Kate also served on the board of the California Minority Counsel Program for six years. Currently, Kate serves on the boards for the Orange County Community Foundation and the University of California Irvine Foundation.

Garry Ridge

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer — WD-40 Company

Garry O. Ridge is Chairman and CEO of WD-40 Company. He joined WD-40 Company in 1987 and held various leadership positions in the company before being appointed to CEO in 1997. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego where he teaches leadership development, talent management, and succession planning in the Master of Science in Executive Leadership program. He is passionate about the learning and empowering organizational culture he has helped establish at the WD-40 Company. In 2009, he co-authored a book with Ken Blanchard outlining his effective leadership techniques, titled “Helping People Win at Work: A Business Philosophy called ‘Don’t Mark My Paper, Help Me Get an A.’ A native of Australia, Mr. Ridge holds a certificate in Modern Retailing and wholesale distribution and a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego. In addition to serving on WD-40 Company’s Board, he is a member of Advisory Boards for both Gorilla Glue Company and University of San Diego School of Business.

Arnold Pinkston

Corporate Vice President, General Counsel — Edwards Lifesciences

Arnold A. Pinkston joined Edwards as Corporate Vice President, General Counsel in July 2019. Pinkston has more than 30 years of experience as a lawyer and business leader including serving as general counsel at Allergan, general counsel at Beckman Coulter, deputy general counsel at Eli Lilly and Company and chief legal officer at CoreLogic, Inc. Throughout his career he has built and led high-performing global teams and managed complex business and legal issues relating to litigation, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, board governance, compliance, finance and securities. Pinkston currently serves as a board member for Bio-Rad Laboratories NYSE: BIO and the Forum for Corporate Directors. He is also on the Orange County Community Foundation’s Board of Governors. He received a bachelor's degree in geophysics from Yale College and a juris doctor degree from Yale Law School.

Liz Williams

Liz Williams is the CEO of Drybar Holdings. In this role she is responsible for the oversight and growth of the Drybar retail shops in the U.S. and around the world. Before joining Drybar, Liz served as the President of Taco Bell International with responsibility for the brand across 30 countries. Prior to this role, Liz was the Taco Bell Global CFO, leading Finance, Strategy, IT and eCommerce. Before joining Yum, Liz spent six years with The Boston Consulting Group in the Consumer and Retail practices and seven years at Dell Computer. Liz received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Liz serves on the board of StitchFix, the leading online personal styling service. Liz is married to Spencer and has two children.
