Ed Thomas

Ed Thomas is Managing Partner of Deloitte Seattle and serves as global lead partner for a number of the firm’s larger clients. He recently commenced leadership of Deloitte’s Leadership Development and Succession, including the firm’s senior roles and high-potential programs. Ed was a co-founder of onBoarding Women, an initiative seeking to impact the gender diversity of board membership, enhancing board effectiveness. Ed serves as dean of Deloitte’s senior leadership program, “C-Suite Mastery”, a.k.a. the “Arts of Empathy, Inquiry, Story and Engagement.” He also serves on the boards for Plymouth Housing, Habitat for Humanity and the Seattle Foundation, where he is board chair. Ed has a passion for understanding and resolving challenging issues, whether at a client, community or personal level. He is also a passionate runner, cyclist, fly-fisher and devotes time growing tasty heirloom tomatoes on his small farm in Walla Walla, Washington with his wife Carmen.

Guyman is a Strategic Advisor Partner at consulting firm, Cameoworks and a partner of the not-for-profit BoardReady which focuses on increasing diversity in the boardroom. Guyman is a former Trustee for the not-for-profits Save the Children and University of Washington Medicine.

Jessie supports the broader education community by serving on several boards including Rosetta Stone, the Western Governors University Board of Trustees, and Ursuline Academy. Jocelyn Mangan founded Him For Her, a social impact venture aimed at accelerating diversity on corporate boards. She has over two decades of technology experience building iconic global mobile apps and market-leading software products at some of the world’s best local, consumer, and marketplace companies, including CitySearch, Ticketmaster, OpenTable and Snagajob. Jocelyn currently serves on the boards of Papa John’s International, Inc. (NASDAQ: PZZA), ChowNow, an online food ordering system and marketing platform, and is an advisor to Homebase, a platform to help local businesses manage hourly work. Jocelyn was honored as a member of the 2016 class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute, was a global ambassador for the Vital Voices Global Partnership, and was one of Fast Company’s “100 Most Creative People in Business” in 2015.

Magdalena Yesil

Magdalena Yesil is a serial tech entrepreneur and investor. She was the first investor and founding board member of Salesforce, where she served on the board post IPO. She is cofounder of Informed, an AI Financial Services startup. Earlier in her career, Magdalena co-founded three and exited companies. She was a general partner at US Venture Partners and established Broadway Angels, a group of female angel investors. Magdalena currently serves on the boards of INFORMED, SoFi, Zuora and Smartsheet. Her book Power UP! How Smart Women Win in the New Economy is a best seller.  She is also featured in Julian Guthrie's Alpha Girls. She is an Armenian immigrant to the US from Istanbul. Magdalena holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management Science and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering, both from Stanford University.
